A: We have arrangements with DHL Express to provide comprehensive shipping and delivery services to customers around the world. Our objective is to ensure that our customers receive the best service, so the low shipping fees is just one of the incentives we provide for our customers.

A: All items are carefully packed in free handmade velvet bags prior to being packaged in high quality bubble envelopes.
Q: How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
A: We will ship your orders within 1 - 3 business days once your payment has been verified (except national holidays).
Q: How can I track my order once it is shipped?
A: Once you order is shipped, you will receive a notification mail from us including a tracking number.

For standard shipments, the packages can only be tracked once it leaves the origin country and once it arrives at the local post office in the destination country. This means, standard air mail can not be tracked day-by-day like DHL Express shipments.
Q: How long does it take before my order arrives?
A: For DHL Express shipping, you will generally receive the order within 1 to 4 business days after the shipment date.
For Standard shipping, you will generally receive the order within 7 to 21 business days after the shipment date.
Q: Is a signature required for the recipient to receive a shipment?
A: Yes, for security purposes, we require a signature by the recipient of every shipment (applies to both Express and Standard shipping methods). No shipment will be delivered without a signature by the recipient.
Q: What do I need to know about custom clearance?
A: Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Prayer Bead Store as we have no control over these charges. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All orders shipped from Prayer Bead Store will be marked as "gifts" or "product samples".
Q: When will my custom or wholesale order be shipped from your office?
A: Shipping time changes according to your order quantity, however they are usually prepared in one week after receiving the payment.
Please note that, the default bead count of "Gemstone Worry Beads" is "21". If you select the bead count as "33", this will be the custom product and we will produce and ship this product in 3-7 business days. If you have any question about custom products or wholesale policy, please contact us

Q: Can I request the products to be shipped to another address different from the registered address in PayPal?
A: Yes, you can. If your delivery address is different from the registered delivery address in PayPal, you should contact us about your right delivery address. Otherwise, Prayer Bead Store will ship orders to registered PayPal delivery address. Prayer Bead Store is not responsible for lost of packages because of wrong delivery - shipping address.
Q: Does DHL deliver to A.P.O. military box address?
A: DHL cannot deliver to an A.P.O box address. After you have completed your order from PayPal or credit card checkout, you should inform us your alternative delivery address. If you have only A.P.O military box address, we can ship your order via "Standard Air Mail".
Please note that, A.P.O military addresses can be a problem for the delivery via "Standard Air Mail" also. If you face any problem, you should contact to your local post office.
